The extreme weather for harvest, the brutal force required for juice extraction and the rigors of fermentation are in complete contrast to the soft, luscious, intense, soothing feel the wine evokes on you once on the palate. The long, extensive finish of Icewine is simply heavenly. Since 1979 we produced more than 100 different icwines, which are served in the best restaurants around the globe!

Ice wine demands to the highest class in sweet wine production and the finest, most complex and even the most intense crescences at all. Since it cannot be harvested every year and the risk is immense, these wines are rare. The WEINRIEDER winery has been harvesting ice wines for over 40 years and they are served in the world’s best restaurants!

Golden yellow colour. Fruity, sweet, complex. In the nose you will find ripe garden fruits and a fine spice of black pepper. This wine has a wonderful balance between sweetness and acidity on the palate, almost refreshing, with a long finish! Endless Potential! Perfect to pair for example with , light desserts, foie gras, or cheese
