RIESLING – Ried Kugler

Ripe, tender sweet, quite juicy fruit, fine acidity, herbs in the background as well as traces of nuts and tobacco, sustainable, light mineral, very good, juicy and spicy finish.
8 C° – ideal with good quality pates and Asian cuisine

The very high lime content in the Kugler vinyard has a very distinctive and lasting effect on the wines. The Rieslings with an exotic style and fine acidity. We at the WEINRIEDER winery always go to the limit, especially with the Riesling variety. We take a very high risk through the late harvest in order to wrest the best from nature. “Riesling on the limit”

GRÜNER VELTLINER – Alte Reben  (old vines)

Alte Reben is an old vineyard (over 60 years old) Careful de-stemming; the grapes were pressed gently and then fermented stainless steel tanks. The the wine stayed on the natural fine yeast until june which makes it complex, full bodied and a perfect partner for any dishes. High Potential! vegetal and a trace of nutty aromas of ripe yellow fruits with delicate oily notes, some minerality, rhubarb and a hint of bright tobacco. Sweet and creamy, very ripe fruit on the palate, delicate vegetal and nutty spiciness, very fine acidity, persistent, has full-bodied and polished, candied nutty traces, a warm finish with light sweetness and spice
12 C° – serve in a large glass with strong flavoured food, cheese, …

Old Burgundy Selection – a selection of the best Pinot Blanc grapes
Clear, polished stone and pome fruit nose with citrus aromas , refining vegetable and floral notes , some nuts, beeswax and mineral- notes. High Ripe, sweet – juicy and creamy fruit on the palate, very fine acidity, floral and delicate flavors on the palate , a track nutty, a lot of strength.
12 C° – large glass – perfect for drinking on its own or with strong flavoured food

The Reserve is a selection of top Riesling Grapes. They were selected by hand in the very late autumn. The whole processing is very gently. Fermentation is in steel tanks. Contact with fine yeast gives the wine another dimension. The result is a classy, elegant Wine with high Potential!

RIESLING – GRANDE RESERVE

The Grande Reserve is a selection of the best Riesling Grapes. They were selected in the very late autumn. The whole processing is very gently. Fermentation is steel tanks. Contact with fine yeast gives the wine another dimension. Solid, vegetal and earthy aroma of candied yellow fruit with herbal notes. Juicy, sweet fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, fine acidity, persistent, powerful and creamy, excellent substance and some depth, very good finish. Perfectly balanced
